How to clear your Browser’s Cache

If your Portal pages are not functioning or displaying data as expected, you will most likely have to clear your Inter browser's cache. Please see detailed instructions covering your specific Internet browser.

How to Request Support

Log in to your account using your credentials. From the Navigation Bar, top left of the Portal Select "Help" and choose "Support".

How to Schedule Training

Log in to your account using your credentials. Select "Help" and choose "Schedule Training" from the Navigation Bar, top left of the Portal.

Select Preferred Date and Time and Click "OK".
